Who we are
Lead Inventory Desk is operated by 1414618 B.C. Ltd., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at hello@leadinventorydesk.com.
What we hold
Only what you choose to email us, and public records about your water system:
- Your name, role, email address and anything else in your message or signature.
- Your system's name and PWSID, and any records you send us, such as tap cards, permits, maps or billing extracts.
- Public information about your system from EPA and state records, which we use to prepare your gap check.
This site has no forms, no cookies, and no tracking or analytics. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Our web host may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
The checklist PDF and the snapshot CSV download without sign-up, and we do not record who downloads them. The home page runs one small script in your browser that counts the days to November 1, 2027; it stores and sends nothing.
Why we hold it
- To answer your questions and send your free gap check.
- To quote, prepare and deliver the work you ask for, including review by the person who checks your kit.
- To invoice and keep the business records the law requires.
We do not sell what you send us, and we do not share it for anyone's marketing. We share it only with the people working on your request, or when the law requires it.
Where it is kept
In our business email and file storage. Those providers may store data in Canada, the United States or other countries.
How long we keep it
- Free gap check emails and reports: up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client.
- Client records and invoices: as long as Canadian tax and business record rules require, generally six years.
- Anything you ask us to delete, sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@leadinventorydesk.com and we will reply in writing.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
